Reaching my fitness goals has been a long time coming. At the end of 2013, my weight was getting out of control. I was 211lbs and couldn’t fit in any of my clothes and I literally had no energy what so ever to do anything. Going into 2014, I knew I needed to make a change. My new years revolution was to stock with crossfit, insanity and yoga. 9 months later in down to 178lbs with 9% body fat.
This week I took part in a local crossfit competition where I came in 9th out of 51 males. During team event our team came in 4th out of 23. Looking back at it all I’m so proud of myself for sticking with this fitness lifestyle. It definitely a confidence booster. I’m always out and about. I don’t tire easily when im out. My anxeity has completely vanished. I could’ve never gotten this far without everyone that pushed and supported me. Thank you guys for everything.
